Quality is a toss-up, but the company fixed it.

EDIT: The company reached out to me to make it right, so I am changing my one-star review to five-stars.

The box arrived in terrible condition, but all the parts (and some extra parts) were there. I was disappointed by the instructions - to start, the pages were stapled together out of order, and there were a number of mistakes. The parts weren't labeled very well - a number of the stickers fell off - but I was able to figure it out. There were extra parts that were either manufactured wrong or were part of a design change. It was nice that the tools bag included a ratchet, but I ended up tightening some of the screws enough to bend the frame slightly which I am worried will affect the sturdiness. There were also some pretty bad looking welds and some poorly finished pieces. I am planning to use this inside, but if it was outside, I would be worried it would rust. It is ok comfort-wise (and I am a really big guy, so not just any seat is good for me), but I will probably get or make a bigger cushion since it doesn't go all the way to the edges.

The cushions are thick and well-filled, soft and resilient, and the weight is just right for easy movement.
