The seller was incredibly helpful when my shipping status stalled - they updated it immediately and I received the package the very next day. Despite its large size, everything arrived in perfect condition with no damaged parts. Great Quality, Fast Shipping

Rattan chaise is very good quality. Cushion is nice. Assembly was a little tricky in some places but all parts and tools needed are jncluded. I was afraid the chairs would be light weight and blow around on my deck, but they are heavy enough to stay put. Re-positioning on the back wheels works great though. We are really enjoying them . Packing was extremely well done and delivery was fast. Zero issues. Would definitely purchase again.
